How do I send an e-mail to my team for a specific event?
Although Team Cowboy can send automated event reminders to your team, you can also send e-mails at any time to your team that are in context to a specific event on your event schedule.To contact your team members for a specific event:
- Go to the Send a team e-mail page
- Click the For a Specific Event tab
- Select the desired event in the list of events (your next event will automatically be selected by default)
- Select team member types, genders, and/or RSVP statuses from the checkboxes provided if you want to further-refine your recipient list
- Enter your subject and message
- Click Preview to see the list of recipients that will get the message
- Click Send Message when you are ready to send your message
